SSF Contribution and Salary Cost Calculator

See the employee and employer Social Security Fund contributions and the real monthly cost of a hire.

How it works

The Social Security Fund contribution is 31% of basic salary: the employee pays 11% (10% pension + 1% social security tax) and the employer 20% (10% pension, 8.33% gratuity, 1.67% additional). Enter the basic salary and allowances to see each part, take-home pay before income tax and the employer's total cost.

SSF is calculated on basic remuneration.
